Chef Alex enters the arena and is greeted by three chocolatiers from Tennessee, Florida and California. These sweet chefs will have to strategize what ingredients to use in round one in hopes to knock Alex out of the competition. In round 2, the remaining chefs will use their knowledge of chocolate work to vie for the top spot and the chance to win $10,000.00. Will classically trained French chef, Alex Guarnaschelli be able to dominate these dessert connoisseurs?
